Michael Damianos & Co LLC significant deal in 2019
The firm assisted Rybalkin, Gortsunyan & Partners in advising a member of AEON Corporation with respect to the acquisition of Fincraft Holdings Limited, a Cypriot company which is the largest shareholder in Petropavlovsk PLC (one of Russia’s major gold mining companies).
The firm assisted the client with the acquisition and the granting of security on the Cyprus level in favour of the purchaser, as security that the terms of the relevant share purchase agreement are being complied with.
