Michael Damianos & Co LLC advises EBRD on up to EUR 10 million financing to Kormotech
We are happy to have assisted, on the Cyprus level, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with its up EUR 10 million financing of Kormotech Group.
Kormotech is one of the top three pet food manufacturers in Ukraine and the first and largest manufacturer of high-quality pet food for cats and dogs in Ukraine, while also exporting to a number of countries.
The financing is part of an investment program, which includes the construction of a new production facility in Lithuania and the expansion of Kormotech’s activities in Ukraine.
The firm’s team advising on the project consisted of Michael Damianos and Anna Praskelli.
