Christina has been involved in large scale international banking and corporate transactions. In particular, she has advised major international financing institutions in financing and refinancing transactions through the carrying out of due diligence reviews of Cyprus companies, as well as the provision of advice on the perfection and enforcement of security documents.

Other than corporate and banking, Christina focuses on privacy and data protection and has been involved in numerous compliance projects. She is also actively involved various types of real estate transactions.

Career

She is a Cypriot qualified lawyer. Before joining the firm in 2014, she worked for the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association.

Education

She is a law graduate of the University of Leeds and has obtained an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Nottingham.
