Position
Michael Damianos is the founder and managing partner of the firm. His main areas of practice are international and local mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial work, energy/projects, intellectual property, real estate, banking and capital markets.
Career
Before practising in Cyprus, Michael Damianos qualified as a solicitor at the London office of Simmons & Simmons. He then moved on to the London office of Lovells LLP (now Hogan Lovells), working for the then energy, power, utilities and infrastructure department.

He speaks Greek and English.
Member
He is dually qualified in Cyprus and England & Wales. He is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales (kept on the roll of solicitors), a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a member of the Nicosia Bar Association.
Education
He is a law graduate of the University of Southampton (with first class honours) and has an LL.M. from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge. He graduated from the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Law School.
